Female circumcisions are still forcibly done in some countries. Male circumcision is a nearly standard body modification done to non-consenting infants in many "progressive" cultures. At least we can *choose* to split our tongue/lobe or make 'elf' ears.
I remember reading about someone trying to de-circumcise himself by stretching the skin where foreskin should have been.
Drains, tunnels, bridges and caves mostly.
