Is it a closed restaurant beside the ocean with the entrance under the fireplace in the basement. Just make sure there isn't an ORV with bullet holes in the shed.

Are you lazy farks going to explore stuff or what? I mean it's not like you have some sort of underground, or any bunkers, or missile silos, or rumored utility tunnel networks. There's nothing to explore over there at all

That's a giant steaming load. If I can sleep in an alley in Seattle on New Years when it's raining and 30 degrees, you can go out in the rain.
