I thought some people here would be interested in an article that was posted on my Zine in the recent Fall issue. I posted on the forums on the site about local Urban Exploring Myths and what people had heard. I then combined everything in the responses into a composite to give a fleshout of a figure at the Hamm's Brewery here in the Twin Cities known as Mr Creepy. You can read the article at http://hollow-hills.com under articles or just go to this link directly: http://hollow-hills.com/Imrcreepy.html

Hey we had an urban myth in the making in a city here in the uk. There were multiple accounts of some guy going around biting people in the neck in broad daylight. people had heard that there were multiple victims of some vampiric weirdo but the hospital received no injuries and the police no complaints. it was an urban legend being covered as it formed.
Urban Explorers always take the red pill... |

Nice! Mr Creepy is a urban legend in the making here. Lots of newb explorers ask about him, its fun.

In the making? Looks pretty well-established to me.
"Well, let me just jump into my time machine, go back to the Twelfth Century and ask the vampires to postpone their ancient prophecy for a few days while you take in dinner and a show." |

It needs to be propagated to other areas of the country/world for it to be well established.

lol.... so many elements of 70's ULs.... D&D, College Steam Tunnels, LSD, The only thing missing is a hook hand It was an interesting read though. I'm a big fan of UL's.
Yog-Sothoth knows the gate. Yog-Sothoth is the gate. Yog-Sothoth is the key and guardian of the gate. Past, present, future, all are one in Yog-Sothoth. He knows where the Old Ones broke through of old, and where They shall break through again. He knows where They have trod earth’s fields, and where They still tread them, and why no one can behold Them as They tread. |

I also like how you incorporated one of the Wraiths' mission finds. The legendary rake with tactical flashlight attachment!
Nice!
