It would depend on your reasoning for belief. Personally I'm not a fan of any of the above (and quite a bit more silly stuff), but if you think there is a legitimate explanation for it that can be tested and proven or dis-proven then no.

I have a buddy that thinks ESP is the result of electrical fields in your brain interfering with the fields of other peoples brains. Claims the field that surrounds you directly effects others based on your power output and their sensitivity to it. Says it's just a natural phenomena that we can't effectively test. Yet.
Personally I think it's a pretty shot-to-hell hypothesis since the CIA and every other intelligence agency spent millions testing for ESP for decades. But his version includes some ideas that I have never heard debunked before so perhaps some day we'll see. If he's proven wrong and continues to cling to the bullshit ideas THEN he would be a hypocrite. Till then he just has an opinion.
