I haven't seen it yet, but the trailer freaks me out and I'm downloading it now.

Insidious, the one with the little boy who has the ability to leave his body while he sleeps and gets trapped in another dimension...this movie gave me goosebumps and chills, no other movie has ever been able to do that to me before. that damn little demon that plays the organ in hell made me afraid to sleep.

Blair Witch still creeps me out, anything hand held seems to get under my skin cause its more real. I don't think of that going camping though (although first time I saw it I went with a gf who was going camping the next day! HAHAHA I'm mean!).

I saw that Urban Explorer movie a few months back, meh. Reminded me of hostel with the crazy mofo part. I don't explore underground, so it didn't faze me. I would think of both movies bigtime if (when?) I explore in Europe though.

you can pirate it or rent it super cheap via Amazon. I imagine it should be on Netflix soon. Magnet releases their movies on Netflix pretty quickly. I think it is so good, I would recommend just straight up buying it. In fact here is a mini review:

I will review this movie based off of each segment There is the Overall story, Hotel, Roadtrip, Woods, Webcam, and House.

Overall story: the characters are annoying but the scares/tension is very good. I could have done with less of them before going to the house to get the tape. C+

Hotel: A fun one. Most people are annoying, but they get their comeuppance. Very novel way to tell the story and the main lady looks just like one of my best friends, so that is cool. B

Roadtrip: Boring and cliche. There were moments of genuine fear and tension, but they quickly went away. No build up or tension is ever really capitalized on. I felt it was trying to go for an Audition vibe, very slow paced with moments of weirdness/horror leading up to a shocking and brutal ending. Sadly it wasn't very shocking and felt like a cop out. D-

Woods: One of the best. I think this twist on a serial killer is awesome. I love the uniqueness of it would be enough to warrant a whole movie. It seem familiar but at the same time it reinvents and plays on the ideas so established by previous horror films. A

Webcam: I liked this entire one, even though I am unsure how I feel about the ending. I once again feel like the ending is the weakest part, but it wasn't that bad. I think a lot of the stuff in here was creepy and awesome. It was awesome to view the whole thing just from the view of their webcams. It makes it feel claustrophobic and really helps up the terror and creepiness. B+

House: Hands down my favorite one. I think this one is the most insane and creepiest ones. Its a nice combination of subtle scares and jump scares and a little psychological terror thrown in for good measure. I really liked all the characters and they behaved in a fairly logical way. This is the stand out segment for the movie. A+

The entire movie, I would give an A-

I went looking for the Blair Witch house back in 07, all that was left was a foundation.
