Hopefully they get their lives together soon and fix it already. All jokes about how I hate Chevy aside, this sucks and I feel for you.

But was he REALLY born in Canada? I won't believe it until he produces his long-form birth certificate.

Could be worse, my brother in law went grocery shopping with his wife in her car tonight and came back to a drunk driver smashed into the back of his lancer . It's fucked, at least he wasn't in it and the stupid prick tried to get away but couldn't, only 23 and it's his third DUI.

In Ohio, after so many DUIs they issue you "party plates." Red characters on an orange background. When you see the drivers, they always look like decrepit, broken-down drunks. I don't know what purpose the license plates are supposed to serve except maybe public shaming.

Here they install an ignition interlock breathalyzer in your car (if you do end up getting your license back eventually), which is hooked into an alarm system with an amber flashing light on the front bumper. If your ignition is on for more than 30 seconds and the car won't start, the alarm and light go off and can't be silenced for a certain period of time.

Called the body shop this morning... Windshield is in. I've got call back at 4:30... Hopefully it will be done. Today marks exactly 30 days the shop has had my car... 30 days to do a one week, week and a half tops, job.
