We just adopted two female budgies (in July) that the owners didn't want anymore. Their names were Chinese but we renamed them "JJ" and "Roberta".

Poppy's nose was just a tad out of joint when they came in but she's used to them now.

Madison --- my mums persian

Binks --- black and white crazy little cat that farts really bad

Daphnee --- my black lab/shepard mix dog

Jack --- the rabbit i drove over by accident and took it home and fixed it.

Padme --- My Joint shared kitten i rescued that my sister has but i take the kitten on weekends.

I have a "fat guy" as well!

Chester is all orange and last weighed in at 26.6lbs.
He sits on the porch like a giant pylon and all the neighbourhood kids call him Garfield. He is all attitude but he is awesome!

hehe reminds me of when i was a kid going to the local zoo, the zoo keeper dude had this big huge orange cat that hung out around the zoo actually it was named Garfield!

(but then someone stole it...and killed it i think, maybe thats why i'm so fucked up in life lol)

26 pounds is quite the weight! all though my obsese beauty is thin now she was 29 pounds at one point... now shes so fat you gotta lift her up on the bed, carry her down the stairs, and bring her her din dins. and if your not on time with the food she makes this horrible sound that sounds like shes dying.

Wow! Never heard that one before. I've never seen one survive being hit.

And as far as fat cats, my old cat Teddy (who is now 12 and lives with my parents) weighs 22 lbs.


Oh, and I have to update my list of what I have now...
- 2 cats, Marilyn and Cy
- 2 bearded dragons, both full-grown females
- an Eastern kingsnake, wild-caught and a little over four feet
- a Florida blue garter snake named Osceola
- a male Betta

Hmm. I thought my 25-pound cat was a mutant. I guess he was actually pretty normal.

on regards of the rabbit...


i couldn't fix it totally. it was a baby when i hit it, and since then its been a little retarded. (such as when i'm pulling into my driveway he just stands in the middle of the driveway looking to get hit again)

also its got this haggard limp.


but it seems happy so i'm just going to leave it the way it is

Three cats. Two of which are no longer alive, one which just went this April at 20. Older than myself, actually... the other one went nine years ago from a UT infection.

My current bundle of love (yeah, right) is my 10 year old black and grey tabby, Tiger. I was young and uncreative when I named him. He's an adorable little bastard with thumbs and a really beautiful coat pattern, in my opinion. A bit feisty and violent, we've learned to love each other. I've essentially grown up with cats.

I've had countless fish... one goldfish which lived for nine years and was effectively ancient and gigantic, definitely a great memory on that one. Numerous other fish that I can only vaguely recall.

A couple of hermit crabs.

A few of those tiny little lizard bastards, those were always fun, especially for how young I was when I had them.

One parakeet that lasted a lot longer than we actually had her.

And I think that's about it... I've actually never had any dogs, can't say I'm too fond of them. I'm a cat person through and through. :x

I'm really big on animals in general, though. Kittens are especially my one true weakness.

I had a lot of cats and hamsters when I was a kid (the cats had lots of kittens, and the hamsters had lots of hamsters...and over and over)

Most notable, though:

A cat named Stinky who pooped and farted while he walked pretty much all the time. I thought it was hilarious, but apparently he was very sick so he was put down.

An Epaulette shark named bitey, even though he never bit us.

A black cat named Midnight who was struck by a car and survived, but had brain damage. He was ridiculously happy for the 4 years he lived after that accident cause he was just so dumb. Cat loved everything.

a japanese bob tailed cat named Poe. Most evil cat ever. He is like 3 feet tall. When we moved, our neighbors adopted him because he hated me. I still have some nasty scars from him.

Pythagorus and Frances, two cats I adopted from a friend when I was 13. The day after I took them home, her house literally burned to the ground and the rest of the kittens in the litter died inside. Her family all got out okay, though. The cats now live with my mom.

A hamster named Tom Ryan. I've talked about him a lot I know, but he was really like the greatest pet I ever, ever had. I don't know he was just insanely awesome. I had hit put down a few months ago after he broke his ribs getting stuck between his wheel and the side of the cage. I still miss him

The kittens!! Alister and Hollywood. They are 6 months old now, and they are soooo big! They own this house and they know it. I love them!

And the newest addition, the puppy! On Saturday my boyfriend and I adopted an 8 week old puppy he named Duncan. His father is a rat terrier and his mother is a Bischon (sp?) but he just looks like a terrier... Anyway he is adorable! He loves the kittens, but the kittens just seem confused about him. I think they'll get along fine.

It has quite the demanding face on it.

And the newest addition, the puppy!

Thanks! My boyfriend named him after Dunkin Donuts... which I thought was stupid until we told the people at the DD drive thru (we're regulars) that his name is Duncan and now we get free coffee every time we go!

heh... my mom always told me (and she was completely serious) that if i was goin to be a boy, she was going to name me Duncan.... all though not after Dunkin Donuts, she always thought it would be a cool rock star name!

You put her in a carrier twice a week? I can't get mine in there without sedatives.

I've had TONS of pets.. currently have none though..

I've had..

-Countless amounts of cats (50+ ..and no not at the same time).
-2 Bunnys
-A buncha rats.. was stupid when I had em and put the male and female together.. ;/
-A buncha mice.. I didnt learn with the rats.
-2 Ferrets <3
-A dog, and my brother at some point had a dog too.
-A guineapig
-3 gerbilles
-Sevral birds (3 doves, 4 parakeets, love bird, and some other random birds.. not all at the same time).
-Couple Snakes.. dont remember what kind.
-A Leapard Gecko.
-2 Iguanas.

....ok I can go on forever, I can think of so many other pets I've had.

Only pet I could never aford but have always wanted; Chinchilla.
Pets I'd want to get again; Cats and Ferrets.

I have had:

Felix: Siamese Cat, he slept with me in my crib the day I came home after being born and slept with me until the day he died at the age of 17

BoBo: Black Chow, he was the protector of me and my mom. Guy jumped the fence one night and Bo put a hurtin on him.

Sally: Black Lab/ Australian Shepard mix, she was just a great great dog and I still miss her

Sissy: justa cat......not nice, she used to try and bite me and my ex girls feet while we slept. She ended up freaking out when we were moving and got out to never return.

Currently:

Bandito: Toy Poodle, he is a clown and a really smart,good dog. He does tricks like none other. Circus dog!

Dakota: Yellow Lab, she is my hunting dog and will eat anything and everything (watches.....yeah, and other assorted items) if she is bored.

Katz: Stray cat that adopted me I suppose. She doesnt like many people though.

and last but not least
George: my Rio Grande Cichlid, crazy fish...have had him for almost 3 years now.

But the reason for the post is I had some old pics developed (35mm) and found a picture of Sally.
This is right before she passed

had: numerous guinea pigs, all dead.

have: 2 pugs, Zoey and Kobe, a Shi Tzu, Sasha, and a Basset Hound, Riley.
1 Holland Lop, Matviyko.
soon to be another girl holland lop, then soon to be many holland lops.

Also i temporarily have had toads, frogs, a mouse, and a parrot my mom found in a tree outside named Elvis, what an ass he was.
