There comes a time in every project car enthusiast's life when he realizes that he needs to invest in a pickup and trailer.

I don't even want to know how the van got there.

Oh good, my slow clap processor made it into this thing.

That is so deliciously redneck it made me swell with pride.

LOL!

Hell for $75 I would have bought it as a lawn ornament. I'm surprised the Sunbird's windows didn't break.

How about some sort-of-preserved finds from sunny Page, Arizona? Sure!

Plymouth Acclaim hubcaps. No I don't know why.

Prelude SI! And it's not a riced-out hooptie...it's just a regular non-riced.out hooptie.

Bonus points for the sun visor.

I used to call these "guinea pig vans" as a kid, perhaps you can see why.

This li'l guy appears to have been sitting for a while.

Bad photo, but our little Beechcraft was fueled by this relic...

Better than something like "Trans Sport".

Or "Montana", which coincidentally described the shape of the van's A-pillar after a frontal impact collision.

I lol'd at that.

I was watching some crash test vids of those things, mother of god what a death trap! The section where the front doors are just vanishes in a crash. You'd be made into paste!

At least there aren't many left here. They had 4 year rocker panels.

That's bad, that's the same as a venture and olds silhouette. We had a silhouette for quite a long time and my grandmother a venture I never realized they were so bad In crash tests. !

Saw one of these at a show a few months ago, knew what it was, but only got around to editing the pics and researching it last night. Pretty sure I'll never see one of these in the wild again... 54 Kaiser Darrin.
