There was this large block of land with a house hiding behind shrubs and trees and it's been there since the 1970's at least - gradually suburbia started to engulf the perimeters etc etc you know the drill.

Looks like our mate A. Leong was bought out instead of dieing out. He had a family no doubt who would frequent this house quite a lot but clearly not as much as me - because I passed it on my way to work every day and when I saw no car one morning I went on in and found that this mess of a house was clearing out the more important belongings although by the time this place was demolished there was still lots of stuff in the yard.

This is one of those locations that had a temp fence and was demolished within about two weeks.
