	Non military target? Sure - but we do not target people. People die in wars, on both sides, that is a sad reality. I have seen my share of dead 19 year old American boys and girls, dead Iraqi police and soldiers, dead Iraqi civilians killed by their fellow countrymen, and dead insurgents killed by my own hand. The cliche' is oft uttered for a reason - "War IS hell." BLU submunitions are shiny silver OR olive drab with yellow banding. I have seen enough of them in my travels. NOONE intentionally paints anything to look like a children's toy - you are thinking of the USSR in Afghanistan and Chechnya Not that anyone but us is listening but I really wanted to separate the vitriol for the administration from the soldiers. We are not the policy makers - we're the 'Light Brigade' Tennyson wrote about.

So we make then brown? Then people complain that you can't see them and we do it so people will step on then if they don't go off on impact. It's a no-win. We are either using them as back-up mines or luring kiddies into playing with them.

Still like my way of doing this better than Bush's non-plan.
