Well, I occasionally have trouble understanding people who were born in America and are speaking "English."

I guess you already know this, however I will say it anyways for any of the other people reading this -that was not an immigrant that you were talking to, that was someone who is actually in India.

They also stole and used the identities/social security numbers of many hard-working american citizens just because they didn't WANT to enter this country legally. Entering this country legally is pretty fucking easy unless you don't deserve to be here, thats when your immigration papers get revoked. If the situation in Mexico is that bad, they should stand up to their government and demand change like we did in 1776. Now the answer is illegal immigration. Why do any work when you can exploit those who do? And who are they to demand that we speak spanish? Almost all immigrants from all other countries actually wanted to become part of our culture and learn our language, but no, we are hispanic, we can't do shit for ourselves. If I moved to spain, I would learn spanish. If I were to demand they spoke english to me I would be fucking rude.

But, that unemployment money is actually money that you paid already, so go ahead and complain that it was taken from you and held against your will, but it's your money. You can't just take unemployment forever, there is a limit.

We pay it, but its not like a bank account. Its a give the govt money and they might give you money back. You completely missed the point however. It's a service which we don't need. If you don't put the money in, you'll have it to invest and when troubled times come about, you have an even better back-up system than the govt's.

They all have been given "American" names -easier to pronounce. Almost every single customer I see for a repair complains about the exact same thing.

With so many people complaining about it, Bell should not have outsourced overseas. I think the statistics is that a Bell customer calls in a phone trouble once every 14 years -and of that once every 14 years phone call to Bell to report the problem, they probably only need to talk to a person for a total of 5-10 minutes.

I just dont see how Bell thinks that paying a Canadian worker an average of 10 minutes for an average of 14 years of phone bills for every customer that calls in would be such a huge financial burden that they needed to move the work overseas to India.

A lot of those very jobs back before they were outsourced were right in the Golden Horseshoe as well. We now have a huge empty building in downtown Hamilton because of this mess, and god knows what they left in Toronto.

Well, the local call center is not a huge cost per customer, but the overseas call center is a much smaller cost per customer.

So, instead of spending 10 million dollars per year on the local call center, they will spend 6 million dollars per year on the overseas call center, and will save something like, uh... 2 million dollars.

Which is significant.
