Thanks guys! we named her Rebekah Jean. The middle name is for my wifes mom who passed away when she was young. the first name is the only name we both like.

Congratulations! I have no idea what you look like, but I can certainly see the family resemblance. Prepare yourself, though, it's easy to find booties in wool and felt, but it's tough finding water resistant ones with good soles for exploring.

we had just had a conversation about how some new borns look like aliens a few days ago. I saw a good amount of aliens over the past few days at the hospital.

I am very biased myself. If I knew I made such cute kids, I would have 10 or 20 and change my last name to Dugger.

Same here. Due to my super-intelligent sperm I was able to determine that we would have one boy and one girl. My sister is having another girl in September and my in-laws have two boys. I kind of feel bad for them. I know they love their kids but when we come around it's like, "Umm...yeah." What's funny is that in each case, the "dominant" parent (most assertive, bordering on asshole-ish in the case of the in-laws) is of the absent gender. This confirms my theory that if you are a jerk to the opposite sex coming up, you will be cursed w/the opposite sex for children.
