	What an asshole! While the guy should have been driving more carefully, the cop could have waited until the dog is at the vet's before reaming on the guy. Reminds me of an another asshole I worked with. We had an incident with a dog and the guy ordered me to forget the dog and go help him with his work. I politely told him to f*k himself.
