they look like shit on that Nova. I don't care how fast the car or how blinky its lights are.
It's a freaking Chevy Nova for crying out loud! No respect... No respect!

yeah..the lights do make it look bad......they should really lose the lights or put low profile ones on...any way its just for show and Drag races....this pic is the one of new cars they got last year

ROFL! J-body FTW! That gives a whole new spin on my idea of recommending the Cavalier as a patrol car to the local jurisdictions!

Two shiny new bracelets, a ride in a cadillac, and all the anal sex you can stand, what a way to spend the weekend. Whoo Hooo.

We have a few of these where I live... 2007 Impala LTZ. Only interior mods are a strobe unit above the mirror, and a radio. Exterior is very plain (even has hubcaps), the only telltale sign it's a police car is the massive antenna. They go like hell.

For at least the last 25 years Australian cop cars have been predominantly Ford Falcons or Holden Commodores.

The stock Holdens are a 3.6L V8, stock Fords are 4.0L Inline 6.

The Highway Pursuit Holdens are a 6 litre V8, Fords either a 5.4L V8 or turbo charged 4.0L Inline 6.

All of them have live rear ends and have a tendency to go sideways into ditches especially chasing AWD Rice rockets. This happens often given there are almost as many Skylines, WRX's and Evos in Australia as there are in Japan.

Of course, back in the day, Aussie cop cars looked like this

So funny to see what could've become of opel if they'd continued to develop the Rekord...

Opel did continue the Rekord... it became the Omega/Carlton, which shares the same chassis as the Commodore.

MM and MM2 are great. MM3 Beyond Thunderdome is rubbish.

And to round it off:

I'll have to take a picture of the new CVPI my friend who runs a security company just picked up.

And Samarui, Oregon State Police LOVES their Chargers with the HEMI. I've taken a ride in a few of them and they found the power was the same as an Impala.

Laaaaaaaddddddddddddaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!

Chris...

We all had ostriches. My dad had an ostrich farm! I remember one day someone came in and said the high altitude bombing of Kosovo had been a limited success, so we all went out and celebrated… by killing an ostrich and boiling it in kiwi fruit.

I might consider a career in law enforcement, now that I can visualize the possibilities.
