Roadtrip? Well alright! Heheh just messin'. So i'm gonna send out a few PM's to people that have posted in this thread wanting to attend a Durham meet and hopefully move forward from there.

Me and N1 have talked briefly about the number of people needed for a Durham meet and i think we said anywhere from 5-10, but obviously the more the better. Although i'm thinking even a happy middle in between, say 7 or 8 people should be alright.

vicexsquad,

Seems only You, Big Daddy D and myself are interested in this! I know there are more Durham Region people here! We cannot make a meet out of 3 people

Well Hlywud, TheMadHatter & PartyPooper are interested, but due to peoples hectic schedules it's all depending on the date. Ares has also mentioned some interest, aswell as gidddyup and rainman8889 can only do sundays cause of work and school.

I'm just gonna break it down like this...

Yes : N1Hawk, Big Daddy D, vicexsquad, Hlywud, TheMadHatter.

Maybe : PartyPooper, Ares, gidddyup, rainman8889

So this brings us to a total of 5 so far, with the possibility of bumping it up to 8-9 depending on the date and peoples decisions.

I've made an event page for the Durham Regional Meet now. We can change the date and time if people are not ok with it. I've set it up for Oct 3rd and 4th because I go away on the 8-11th of Oct. If no one can do the those dates then we can change the event date. 1 pm meet time at the Ajax, Community Center.

That's the event link

Let me know!

Well i'll be the first to say thanks to all who showed up at the Durham Meet.
The Durham Meet however, didn't really go as planned. There was some confusion and although the turnout was great, there was too many people exploring the same thing. We ended up breaking into 2 groups, which kind of worked out, but not really.

Like i said before i wanna do an exploring/bbq afternoon, probably next year now because of the weather. Wether it be at my house or someone else's house whatever.

I still see great potential in a Durham Meet and hopefully we can have another one in the future.

There's actually a town in Grey County, Ontario called Durham too.

It gets very confusing indeed!
