what kind of people are you chilling with?

People who don't teach their children that a phone isn't a fucking toy. I know some people that think it's 'cute' to let their kids call here a zillion times a day. My house could be on fire,but talk on they will (the parents too,for that matter). To clarify these are school aged kids,not toddlers.

Ignore the phone,you say? Then they'll pop by unexpectedly,standing at my living room window looking in until I open the door. Then they'll drive me insane until I give them a treat to get rid of them. Perhaps that would be a little 'cuter' if they were also taught that kicking and punching people for fun is kinda rude,too.

I don't hate children,but with my kids being teenagers now,I lack the patience for them at times. Call to say hi,yeah whatever. Ask to come over,fine. But it drives me batshit insane when they call a hundred times a day. Meh.

Wait huh? Could you please explain why you have random kids calling you and showing up at your house which you reward with a treat for doing so?

Not random kids,oh no. I should have mentioned that they're newly acquired family members (we found each other a few years ago). Which I know makes me sound like a total bitch,but it drives me nuts nonetheless.

How about little white lies to start. "Oh sorry, all out of treats, haven't been shopping in a while" "sorry, you cna come by, I need to take a nap before I goto work", etc, etc.

They're like puppies and you're rewarding their bad behavior.

I couldn't figure out where to post this, but it pisses me off that these girls were flashing not far from me and I missed it, and it pisses me off that it almost makes me want to watch their tv show, and if I did, I would probably have to blow my brains out.

Co-workers, client and other folks who have asked for directions or need assistance with something or other. The people who tend to barge in are the type who figure that they are the only people who matter and the rest of the folks can wait. Also, the 'emergency' that justifies their rudeness is almost always small crap like crying about their daughter going out with a drunken bum or upset because their car broke down and will be at the shop for a few days.

The best part is that these people are the same ones who will freak on someone else for doing the exact same thing to them. I know because I saw that happen on three separate occasions.

Another thing that pisses me off is when I'm giving an order at Tim's or another fast food place, the person taking the order will interrupt to say "Is that all?" less than a second after I say the first item and then repeat for all the rest of the items. C'mon! Let me finish my order first! You're confusing me when you do this." Also, when I've had to repeat my order (one time I repeated the same thing four times stating "No cheese", the person still screwed it up by putting on cheese. Folks, if I was lactose intolerant or had a food allergy, I would not be able to eat my food without getting sick! Please pay attention. Maybe there's a reason I asked for "NO CHEESE". I do my best to be patient and polite but there are times I want to go back and ram that item down their throat!

over the years i have had a few guys work for me that lasted no more then one day. it is so frustrating when someone at the age of 20 can't figure out the simplest of things or follow the smallest order. it makes me wonder who helps these guys get themselves dressed in the morning?

The two things that piss me off the most are cashiers who hand back your money with the change on top of the bills (the coins fall all over the place all the time) and assholes who do not wait until you get off the elevator before getting on

Excuse me? Not all fast food employees are what you described! Frankly, I'm very offended. I worked for Tim Hortons for almost 4 years (I was promoted to a Supervisor about a year after I started working there) and I was in no way a drone or "some stupid kid trying to make money to buy weed."

I was working my ass off everyday, trying to SAVE money to pay my way through COLLEGE. Do you know how good it feels to be able to say that you saved up hard earned money just to be able to go to college?

Really? Not at all.. considering that there were about 8 supervisors already on the day shift (which I worked), they didn't need another one that soon. A few supervisors left around the time that I had been there a year and since I was an honest/trustworthy/hard working employee, they promoted me be a replacement.
