Not really...Boeing has a plant out that way near Gresham, also Lockheed-Martin does too near Portland. All it takes is somebody with a big lunch pail ala "One Piece At A Time" to sneak the parts out.

Hmm...Okay. But, do they do any assembly of the final aircraft? Or are they just piece manufacturers?

Those plants just make components. Boeing puts the wings on trucks up to Everett and Renton. I know one of the trucks that does the run.

Actually, I did a little research. They did make ONE turboshaft in the early 60s trying to find alternative uses for turbines. It didn't sell well.

I think that 'gemballa' knock off looks alright, the orange on the front end though...

I think the 924 and the 944 are the only porsches I like, the rest I've never really liked and that shape of the 911 and its bastard offspring really irks me.
