i'm getting really tired of getting caught in weather.

I've had to drive my Cobalt for a couple of weeks because I finally blew the radiator in the Beretta. The whole reason for having the Beretta was so that I didn't have to drive my SS. So far, in two weeks, I have been caught in two snowstorms and this afternoon, ICE!

there is a higher force at work here.

....venting

Also, I dunno if this works but I have heard spraying the undercarriage of your car with Pam will help in keepin the roadsalt and shit from fucking it up. I know my fellow offroaders do it if ya gotta deal with mud. Does make it come of ALOT better.

i haven't had time or the money to fix the Beretta yet... i have all the parts, but this weekend, we started with monsoon rain, moved into ice this afternoon and are now suffering yet another snowstorm. Yay. Climate shift sucks balls.

Luckily, the rest of my long weekend, i don't have to go anywhere and I have an appointment tuesday afternoon to have it fixed. I am going to have the control arm bushings replaced as well.

i was just venting as the ride home from the market was a bit of a brown trousers run halfway back... in the space of 1/4 mile, the road went from wet to icy. In 1/4 mile, the temp went from 34F to 20F... weird.

I think Sam would shit his pants driving in Southern California. Sure, its not as insane as downtown NY, but its like being encased in a bowl of cars for hundreds of miles and nowhere to escape it.

I love how going 20 miles in anywhere in the LA Metro area takes 2 hours

And that's half the reason I got off the road. I have been to LA twice in a tractor trailer. If I have went a third time, I assure you, I would have ended up on the evening news.

How about swapping the wheels from the Beretta to the Cobalt, assuming you have snowies or more traction tires on the Beretta.

Beretta is a 5x100mm pattern... Cobalt is larger, like 5x110mm or so (not sure of exact size)
