The point of the article isn't the picture, the point is that a guy died. The picture is indicative of the environment he was working in. Whether it was the ACTUAL picture of where he fell from or not, it doesn't detract from what happened, or for people to look at it and to be mindful of being careful. The picture isn't the story.

Chill Winston. I think he just wanted to point out that was simply not the platform or scaffold that the worker fell from. That is all.
