Someone told me that the building is now owned by the city of Stratford, as the owner was found to be guilty of the fire that ravaged the north wing of the structure, which ironically was filled with wooden pallets. Apparently, the owner hired arsonists to start the fire.
I've got no idea if this is true or not, but it's an interesting note. If it's true, I doubt the city will allow anyone legal access

This is most definitely NOT true, If the city owned it, it would be demolished by now. No I know who the owner is, I'm just having a hard time tracking him down to ask permission.
