Doors Open Toronto 2009

So I just remembered that they posted the list for Door's Open on May 1st and I was quite excited to see one location in particular mentioned... THE DON JAIL. Bravo doors open, you just became relevant to my interests.

The full list can be read here: http://wx.toronto....ldingsAll?OpenView

And remember Doors Open is May 23 & May 24th this year

Here's a lockpick. It might be handy if you, the master of unlocking, take it with you.

I must say the Greenwood Maintenance Shop looks like it might be pretty cool to check out too.

That's a shame that Harvey shops isn't open, it was pretty good last year, but the other two locations sound cool.

Glad to see all those public libraries on the Doors Open list. Never would've gotten a chance to see them otherwise.

While, I had the same chuckle too, I took a deeper look and I see they are just using the libraries as a venue for various people to speak and present.

I see Wychwood is on the list now that it's been completed. Also George Brown House, which is going to fuck up parking on my street because it's so close.

I did have a laugh at the U of T Exam Centre, though...

Yeah... right. Never did shit for me to calm my nerves.

In any case, I'm thinking about trying to trek out to see the Greenwood Yards.

Glad to see a few things on my side of the river open and worth checking out, thanks for posting this one. Now if only they'd let me take the entrance tunnel from between Greenwood and Donlands stations, I'd be happier than a pig in shit.

yep.

I'm excited for Greenwood. I was there about 3 years ago... but we took the unofficial route in, and got spooked by nearby workers after hanging around 10 minutes or so.

What a nifty place to visit.
