But when the KPSB owned the building they at least boarded up the property and had security. WIndows were never left broken without being boarded up. 100% complete neglect right now. And parts of this school are indeed very old and historic...the portion closest to the street for example. A fire claimed a portion and additions have hidden other sections, but there are rooms of this school that are very, very old.
