Judging by the front yellow teeth and the smaller teeth at the rear, I'd say the skull is Beaver. It looks like somone found bones and made a 'picaso' skeleton :)

I'd say the same FireDragonLightning. The teeth look like that of a rodent's. And the incisors are pretty big!
