No, this was a vertically mounted sluice! Jenns picture was perfect.

It's now upside down and on its side and would almost certainly pose a great danger to its operator.

I'm surprised you didn't airbrush the lathe away.

Without the lathe there is nothing to hold the sluice to the ceiling - and it would surely fall to the floor!

I can't see it without account...

  Fucking right!!

Thanks for backing me, TZ! Um, so the writing on top of the sluice didnt give a clue as to how the sluice was to be installed? I took the photo with the sluice positioned correctly. See, I'm not as dumb as you all think I am!

Oh, in addition... Get an account on TZ's site. He has pictures from all over Scotland. In fact, his pictures made me want to go explore Scotland!

*All over... south central Scotland. Fab site though. :-D

In fact I have many pictures from as far afield as Carlisle and upto Elgin and Aberdeen.

You won't find them posted anywhere though... Not for a few years!!

Further, there is now a 'worldwide' section on The System... Stay tooned for that!

Yes. I have some places I could post that would get me the jail!! ;-)
Posted by lost 9/10/2005 2:12 PM | remove
Sickening! Do you think you could send me a sneak preview of the Elgin pictures? I'm pretty curious...
Posted by Jennibel 9/10/2005 4:19 PM | remove
Dont be a tease, TZ! Can I have a peek, too?
Posted by TurboZutek 9/11/2005 11:27 AM | remove
  No, no and no.

However Lost, I'm heading back to the Elgin location in the future - when it's cooled down a bit... I'll give you a shout if you wanna come?!
Posted by lost 9/11/2005 5:38 PM | remove
  Please do. :-)

Tight security?
Posted by TurboZutek 9/11/2005 5:58 PM | remove
For my return visit, I'm hoping to work it out that there will be no/minimal security...

Hmm, didn't you say it was a hospital before? Is it anything to do with Dr. Gray's?
Posted by TurboZutek 9/11/2005 8:45 PM | remove
No. That's an active hospital. Very

I know, but I think it was recently modernised or added to... they might have abandoned parts of it. My fishing for clues isn't going to work, is it? :(
Posted by TurboZutek 9/12/2005 3:09 PM | remove
They didn't abandon any of it - I explored it one night when my wee brother's appendix burst! :->

And no, sorry the clues won't work.
