Woww it's in such good condition for being abandoned for a quarter of a century! Probably because theres no punk kids smashing windows and setting things on fire!

Its because the heat has been on continualy to all of the houses, and a groundskeeper live on the property who checks on everything, and mows all the lawns, pretty cool actually, saw a show on cbc about it, all the houses are "ready" to be moved into as none of them have any mildew, mould or animals due to the heat and regular maitenence, site is now owend ab and Indian entrepeneur
