I like this one. Is that For Rent sign really there or was that added for fun?

It would make some cool apartments...I know lofts are evil but I would rather see than then places like this crumble and fall..

Oh. You were talking about the sign, not the building.

I hear that the developers are going to incorporate this into the final project. It's designated and they plan to reuse the building.

I like that wall with the door on it and no building behind it...

I heard a lot of rumours saying that many different demo crews have tried to demolish the building, but something always goes wrong, delaying or cancelling the demo... wonder if it's haunted....

I used to work as a security guard at the former Inglis plant that used to be on the site of the condo's. The chapel was at that time, used for storage of files and other unsed items. From the moment I walked into the building for my routine patrols, I was creeped out. I made my way to the top floor where one of there is a ornate doorway that leads into a very small room, maybe 3' X 5'. Directly across from this room there is a large sliding door. The creep factor was huge. I got the feeling something didn't want me in there. Also, it I remember correctly, I was told that there used to be tunnels that lead to and from the chapel building. I cannot verify this though.
