I've heard rumours that the Little Trinity Church owns the property, and that they do not wish to sell. Nice frontal shot of the place.

Very cool, I used to walk by these on the way to work. I'm pretty sure they used to be some old worker cottages / housing.

Yes, Little Trinity does own the property. I've updated the DB entry details. Buildings like Little Trinity and these modest buildings give Corktown this unique atmosphere where one might still get a glimpse into pre-Victorian Toronto.
