This place would be great for my workshop, if the roof didn't leak and the place wasn't burnt out and flooded.

And very windy and cold.. It is not the most 'ideal' place i'm sure. Even when it was in use, workers complained about the heating. It was just too big to heat properly.

Put up dividers around the areas that will be used most and buy a few electric heaters.

Oh they did.. plastic hung from the ceiling to contain areas, but when there are so many doors (each of these working hole had their own doors plus a gate for the washing street. And all these doors open in the same area) it was hard to contain the heat.

True, but if I was to use this as my workshop I probably wouldn't have so many open doors.

Ah yes.. There are about 15 repair spots for buses (and thus doors). I can imagine that you would use less. :-)

Yeah, my Firebird doesn't need 15 garage bays. But you never know when you might need to park a fleet of public transport busses somewhere.
