In the forum we discussed it, At first someone said it was a Ford Taurus but there was too many gadgets in the seat Another suggested it could be an early Grand Prix GTP Another said due to the SHO its probably a ford.

by the way, the rear axle assembly is all Ford. GM uses a huge trailing arm solid beam rear axle in their W-bodies (Grand Prix). Taurus used an independent rear suspension with this cute little itty bitty control links. This car is a Ford.
