There's been some plans of renovating the factory and converting it into apartments, but no-one actually wants to do that. When DM guys visited the site before the soil cleaning work the house factory looked much lower. Now the contaminated soil around it is gone, as is the ramp to the second floor too. There's a bricked window that was earlier behind the ramp. Was the ramp built afterwards? This is the end facing to the ruins and residental area.
