That sums it up perfectly. Some areas look like the place has been empty at least 6-7 yrs. (or more)...others look like they were open for business last night.

Hobart dishwashers are everywhere, but they are always of service. I used to be a stewarding trainer in Alberta and I still remember swearing about the two machines under my juridiction.

when i was a cook we had 3 hobart 3 compartment c line monsters, they worked great once you disabled all the automatic stuff, we always had ecolab soap for them but the sensors would fry so the things would pump soap continuously into the machine! too bad that restaurant closed

I actually worked in this room. There used to be a long work station going down the center of it when I was there(30 yrs ago).
