The Malt Plant has two high-up silo rooms, both of which are uniquely nice places to sit, have a drink, and admire the view. The lower silo room even has what we'll refer to as balcony seating, on the edges of the silos themselves. Just watch for holes, because the first step is, as the saying goes, a doozy.
