This wasn't posed and it wasn't supposed to look like something an art student bribed his friends into. I believe Krall was pulling a nail out of his shoe, Asher just didn't want to sit down because of all the broken glass, and T7G had a really bad head cold. But yeah, there they are, looking all pose-esque. Oops. Still, I like this photo a lot. It was nearing sunset at the plant at this point.
