World Trip 2004 - St Louis
The first real stop in the US was Saint Louis where once again I visited Triple Fatal of Sonic Atrophy.
We stopped off for lunch in a neighborhood that had a small abandoned area in it. This place looked like it could have once been a thriving community center. But now the people were gone and most of the buildings were boarded up. It was eerie. It gave me the feeling that the world was being abandoned down in St Louis. I simply have never seen the huge amount of abandoned buildings that they have there.
But the highlight of the trip was definitely the revisit to the spectacular Armour Building
Boarded up buildings, now home for pigeons - sky rats.
I can't tell if the buildings here were being renovated or torn down.
Really a reasonably pretty area apart from the abandonment.
