Anzac Revisited
In March 2001 I revisited the old Anzac bunkers and found much had changed. The old experimental wind turbine was gone, only a concrete foundation remaining. The area was partially flooded out. Some of the tunnels were waist deep in water.

10th July 2002. It was pointed out on a news group a few days ago that the official name of this location is not 'Anzac Bunkers'. No shit Sherlock. As explained in the email and information sections of this web site I rarely use the official names of sites I visit in order to reduce the chances of people visiting and vandalizing them. And to Mr Mark Newton, I do know about coastal batteries, much more than you might expect. This is not a web site about historical bunkers or railways it is about urban exploration and thus terms such as 'look out tower' have been used instead of 'Close Defence Battery observation post' or 'angle and elevation plotting room'
