This room is the only one in the bunker where people have tagged up, showing some constraint.

PM prods the ceiling. The contractor who built these bunkers was supposed to use solid concrete. Instead they threw in a lot of rubble with the concrete and as a consequence the bunker ceilings are now crumbling. Even back then they were ripping off the government with shoddy workmanship.
