In order to see new things, I need to travel large distances. In other words, I do a few roadtrips. Many recent ones have been interstate. As well as Urban Exploration images, I also like to stop and take photos of the scenery.
Preparing for a road trip, I consult my trusty road map
Heading out on the freeway
I quite often have to drive in bad conditions. Despite the bad fog, these cars were passing me at over100 KM an hour. At that speed they could not stop in the distance they could see in.
Note the amber flashing light on my car.
Straight road - the middle of nowhere
Sleepy main street in a country town
Amazing yellow fields
Cruising at 110 KM/h
Filming the amazing. A tornado touches down 5 kilometers up the road. Cars flee past me.
They are very
rare where I live.
This one did almost no damage, and died out just a minute after this photo
was taken.
