Sigh. I miss mine.

(Mine had a red interior which I definitely prefer. The light grey never wore very well.)

There used be a place in BC that was selling them at 500.00; there was something not important missing on them but they ran!

What. The. Fuck.

And no, I'm not talking about the Ranger.

So what are you talking about?

That "jeep" oddity. Reading the specs made me feel light headed. It seems like the answer to an already solved question.

http://denver.crai...to/4306185745.html Also badass

the Fiat? junk. Ask Bandi.

Mercury Cougars were nice... they were Henry Ford II's second chance at making a ponycar what HE thought they should've been... pimped, stuffed and plumped.

That Packard looks MINT

the body may be straight, but the interior on the 77 is gone... and I am not sure that you can even find repro parts for it. Even though I am a big Impala fan, that is a $1500-1900 car if it runs and has low miles.

For $3300, that Ford Elite is a fucking steal! the Elite was kind of a stopgap model between the outgoing Torino models and the LTD II. Notice that the tailights and nose still have that Torino look while the body is kind of a smaller Thunderbird look? the LTD II squared all that off. This is worth the asking price in my opinion.

Terrible car, but I'd probably buy it for that price if it were local. Nostalgia. Now, the ad says "Engine fires"... does that mean it runs, or that it has engine fire? I'd go for the latter of the two, being a Fiat, but...

So are the new ones any better ? A co-worker of mine recently had an "issue" doing a timing belt on a 04 Hyundai and we had to get the lady a loaner car. she got a fiat 500, she had it for about three days. When she came back to pick her car up I asked her how she liked her fiat, she told me she hated it and she would rather drive her 10 year old Hyundai .

My friend who is a the district manager for a huge automotive chain here has a 5 speed Fiat 500 for a company car and loves the thing. I've driven it, and it's no race car, but it's nimble and feels fairly solid.

Fiat had the hottest models at the car show, so the cars must be good, right?
