...and the rear wing kinda makes the new Bug a bit more awesome.

(And they're available with a multimedia port with a USB and iPod hookup)

i told the salesman that if I were to get the car, i wanted a rear spoiler, the stripe kit and it HAD to have a USB port. All my music is on USB stick. I am not going back to lugging around 35lbs of discs. Nor do I want anything apple.

My wife has a 2003. The exhaust is going, and two weeks ago I put an alternator in it. Now we're having issues with the temp sensor or the fan switch. I can't work on it at the moment because #1 son took all my tools to camp. But other than that, we have never had one iota of trouble with it. The clutch still works like it did when it was new and it'll still lay rubber. We're thinking of buying another one within the next year. A friend of ours just bought a new one too.

I think the fact that we're going to buy another one speaks volumes.

You prefer a 6speed to five speed? Think six gears are too close together and too much shifting for my liking.

So far 1.8T Tsi has been great aside for a random check engine light I got the first day I got it, it gets around 6-700km a tank.

APR chips make serious power on the 1.8t TSI platform adding something retarded like 92 ft-lbs of torque and 62 horsepower with just a chip. Add in downpipe and intake youve got a little rocket.

over all super happy with the new VW's havent seen any come to my shop with problems but theyre all still under warranty too.
