Where was that building where the wanna-be-revived zombies go?

Ahh ok, one block south of the PD, none there.

Don't call it a comeback, I've been here for years.

Has anyone else noticed that the search percentages have dropped significantly? Used to be that I could search using 10 APs and actually find something... a couple of days ago that seemed to have changed. Also, I've got 65% chance to hit with my pistol and miss so often, that there's no way it can be 65%. I'm getting frustrated with this game, and low on ammo.

I haven'T noticed that, and the author hasn't admitted it, and he's outright stated that he wouldn't do that and it's all random and fixed...

I've been having some trouble searching too. I cant find enough bullets to really see how well my hit percentage is. Seems to have gotten better yesterday for me though. Could be as he said just a fluke.

I spent 45 ap on my necrotech guy up in the NW areas looking for a damn syringe - found 10 GODDAM GPS units - 4 dna samplers and 2 frickin syringes. It's pretty annoying and I'm seriously thinking about writing a script -

Search until X [ITEM} found kinda thing so I don't have keep clicking the button like a damn lab monkey with the morphine drip.

Random is random.

It's completely possible to roll a die from now until the day you die, and never hit a single six.

Shit happens

Chainsaw - I hate that, but today I searched and only got 2 DNA extractors, 1 GPS, and 5 Syringes.

I hate my Scientist, my other characters are more than 3 levels higher.

My scientist is doing pretty good. I usually spend a day searching and loading up on syringes - then the next day sampling and reviving...He's a bit behind the others, I made the mistake of buying diagnose in hopes of making him a cross doc/nec type - should have saved up for free running though. It's kind of a pain being so dependent on finding stuff to get experience but once he gets a bandolier of syringes set up he can get 50-100 XP in a single day. It's just tedious sometimes. It's kind of fun running in to a horde of 20 zombies, sampling a bunch and cutting the group in half - when it comes to shutting down a mass of zombies it's hard to match the effectiveness of the syringe.

Ah, today was much more satisfying! I still only have 2 shotguns but I was able to take a zombie from full health to dead using only 4 shells and a clip of pistol ammo. Still had enough time to get back to the PD and reload and find more ammo. In the process I basically saved some poor sap who was inside the building with this zombie.

Ha! And I just upgraded my pistol skillz. As long as I can keep finding ammo, this gonna be easy-cheezy!

Gentlemen, Roland Bozz has arrived at the Pegrum Place Police Dept. It's a low-level character at this point, but hopefully he can level up and find some supplies while supporting UER.

I've got Special Ed, level 1 looter, trying desperately to level up in Pegrum Place.

I also have Pvt Nick Savage, level 4, doing pretty well fighting Zombies elsewhere in town, and Pyrodan the L2 fireman, who has been alternating between live and zombified all week.

I think the hit ratios are still random. I used up 4 pistol clips and 2 full shotguns (at5 5%) with no hits, but another character got three hits in a row with flare guns at 15%

You want weapons?

Loot the gun store in the mall, got more there than even in the police department.

Guh! I just stepped out of the mall, and all the buildings around there are so heavily barricaded I couldn't get back in except for one building to the north.

Thank god I have free running.

Will someone please knock down some barricades in one part of the mall with me?

Don't be tearing down barricades unless you're a zombie...sheesh.

Get free running - The rail station and the auto parts store adjacent to the pd right next to the mall are usually open - if not there is a church to the SE that's usually wide open. FreeRun from there.

Last thing we need is zombies in the frickin mall!

The rail station was the only one open. The rest were barricaded to hell.

Even when it's heavily baricaded it will still protect against zobies for a while, it's just when the barricades are at there top strength, it's impossible to leave to that block or get back in.
