That was like the Lexus coupe thingy from the 90s... It was a Supra basically.

My Celica had the same 4 banger as a base model Toyota pickup... and about the same acceleration.

nope, this was an early 80's Toyota, like an 83 or 84.

will it appease the gods If I explain I had a 96 Dodge Caravan that went through 4 transmissions and 400,000 km in a past life?

What transmission did you have? and 4 transmission every 100,000 km isn't that bad

Nobody's perfect.

and I proudly own a Hyundai Elentra.

Congratulations. this is something i;ve never seen before the words 'proudly' and 'own' and 'Hyundai' in the same sentence. Bravo.

Ive driven, owned and worked on many other cars in the same class,

And you still bought a Hyundai?

Im happy to have my Elantra.

seek medication... heavy medication, maybe therapy.

I know that in my area you just cant beat the value for the price.

oh yeah, hyundai is all about value... yepper doo... if you're going to buy a foreign shitbox, Honda. Toyota. Nissan. Mazda. At least these brands are quality and can back it up. I look at an Elantra, i see a Korean turd trying to be four different japanese brands at once. Same with Kia. Japanese cars used to imitate and perfect. Korean cars just imitate and ride others coattails... name one innovation a Korean manufacturer has brought to the industry? Exactly. Not one.

one of the most heartbreaking cars to ever slip through my fingers was an Isuzu Impulse RS Turbo AWD... sinister black and fast.
i was 5 hours too late getting back from New London, CT.

If true, that makes truck use nearly legit then for 50% of the population. But, something needs to happen to the truck drivers in the cities though...

Neko.

The Toyota Hi-Lux was pretty high up on that list of too. It was the best seller in a few countries.

The personal responsibility train left the station years ago, and you gave it the finger as you watched it leave.
