There are lights inside the malt plant from the side access door leading all the way to the little locked electrical room. These lights are for service personal only. The door is alarmed, however it is only a 120v buzzer that is set to annoy you rather then alert anyone else. If the door is closed behind you, the alarm stops again. When we slowly made our way down to the light we found one dangling light bulb hanging from the ceiling it looked like it was rigged and strung up there by someone. We then went down one more floor to the level with the bathrooms... and it was all completley lit up ... including lights coming from the room i believe you are talking about .. the locked up one. Anyway .. we didnt explore the entire level to see just how much was lit up .. it was pretty creepy .. but maybe next time. There is a small room in the area that is powered and I remember something about that room being a little electrical room for the lights outside or something. i forget who told me that. Anyway, it is locked and I believe alarmed, but I might be wrong. So! I would imagine that that part of the building is power simply for the lights et al for the aforementioned truck yard. However, I am just assuming most of this, so if anyone has a better idea or information speak up. Or is I am totally off about what you meant do correct me. :D At any rate, how long ago were you there? I was there probably two months ago and the lights in the front building were all out, well, most of them. There was one light and what you could call a second floor, and it was the only one on. Bird "pooh" everywhere, weird ass hospital equipment all over the place, and rotting walls all around. ROCKED! If you can get out here, do it.
