The Passport room3rd February 2002
The Passport room was so named for the obvious fact that Passports seemed to have been produced there.
The passport room with rolls of stickers hanging from the ceiling. Looking in from the door from the Glass House
Passport mail out sleeves.
There were hundreds
of sleeves all over the floor.
On the wall is some sort of safe.
Stickers advising to be removed to reveal photos.
4 unopened boxes of envelopes.
Print outs of test sheets advising of how to apply for a passport.
Should this be here? Huge sheets of paper that is used in passport construction. It annoyed me that this stuff was just laying around. It was obvious that graffitists had been in the complex before me. Anyone could have stolen this stuff.
Box upon box of envalopes for passport mail outs
The passport room looking south. The door at the far end leads into the Glass House to the east.
The wall between
the Glass House on the left and the passport room on the right. Looking south.
This photo was taken a week later during the last days
of the building.
