| | | All i've observed recently is statees driving around the grounds. Believe me, they do watch it like crazy these days, but according to some other locals, police have not been spotted inside the buildings or tunnels in 3 months.

| | | Scrap copper goes for about 3 bucks a pound, the speakman building in Wilmington DE. burned to the ground last year because a scavenger was cutting pipes with a torch and caught the place on fire. Seeing how PH has been abandoned for so long I am surprized there is any copper left.

Being spotted and being there are two different things. They don't always show themselves... the fact that they are going in all portions of that complex means they aren't screwing around. These aren't rentacops either... they are well trained and some of the best. Don't be surprised if some of the elements there are using 3rd generation night vision and/or FLIR, oh yeah, k-9s.

A stronger police presence, yeah that is very likely. But "using 3rd generation night vision and/or FLIR, oh yeah, k-9s"? I find that hard to believe. It's philadelphia. 4 cops have been shot here in the last month, there's a murder every day, and at least 5/6 shootings. I find it hard to believe that any form of law enforcement would put so much focus on a rotting building complex when crime is running rampant in the rest of the city.

Because of the moron that busted into the Nation Guard building (sound familiar?) more than just local and state police are now interested. There are quite a few troopers at the barracks that is in charge of that area, I've talked with some of them, have you? fuckoff

| | | There's no doubt in my mind that they've got at least DECENT security there, but if you have half a brain you can avoid it and be careful. Considering the shenanigans that go on there all the time, i'm amazed more people haven't gotten popped yet.
