Wrong. You need to learn a lot more about the law and this site before you come out with remarks like that just don't apply here.
This isn't about an abandonment; the property in question is up for sale and it's posted as well as patrolled.
More than one person is in state prison because they thought it was ok to steal from there; it's not.
Public property is just that. No one has the right to destroy or steal it.
It is the collective property of all PA citizens.
As for private property, would you want me to stop someone from stealing your (?)?
