By that logic, so is death from normal infections. Cut your finger? Don't put Neosporin on it, let nature take its course, go septic and die. Hell, don't even put a bandage on it!

Well, what I'm getting at is we don't really let nature take its course as much as we should. But, none of us want to let a loved one go. Me, I prefer 60 good years than 90 with the last 30 being a burden.

I don't think jeep ever said he, or anyone else, pays the entire cost of healthcare with their taxes. Is that the best response you could come up with?

War is natural, and nobody said don't put something on a cut. Those arguments are dubious and dishonest. If you're not smart enough to wash a cut at the very least then you deserve to die of infection. If you live in an area where famine occurs on a yearly basis, and continue to breed out of sheer stupidity then both you and your children should die of natural causes. Pardon me if I don't throw a pity party for every idiot on the planet. Sure, nobody wants to lose a loved one and I'd rather not have anyone ever die but I couldn't care less that some slut wants someone else to buy her birth control so she can go bang some jackass who's too cheap, poor or stupid to buy a rubber. If that's too realistic for ya then sorry. I live in the real world where people can't afford everything they want and bad things happen to good and bad people with the same frequency.
