Lutheran, born and raised. Though I consider myself christian first and foremost. I believe that my faith should come before theological disputes. I personally would like to see female pastors/priests, and there's a list of things that are doctrinal that I don't necessarily agree with. But my Lutheran Church is like my second family, and there's not enough of a difference in views to warrant my looking for another church.

Are you in the US? The Evangelical Lutheran Church in America does allow female pastors, but I'm afraid I would have to know the other doctrines to quote the ELCA stand on them. I do know that the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod does not allow women to be pastors, and is more conservative on many things than the ELCA. I am not sure on the Lutheran Church Wisconsin Synod's position on anything as I am not well acquainted with it. Of course, I have *no* idea about anything beyond the borders of the US at all.

I'm in Canada. LCC (Lutheran Church Canada) was created in the late nineties when the Missouri sinod was tired of taking care of us north of the border. Since we were part of them, and that nothing has changed much, you can pretty much consider me affiliated with them. Not that it matters, like I said. I just happen to agree with most of what they preach, and it's the church I grew up in.
