I'm sorry dude. I didn't know you were just making a joke. It's like those onion articles where it sounds like a real article until you get to the part about your soul getting sucked out.

Who ya gonna call?

Someday I'll tell you how I know evil exists, but I don't want to spoil the funnies. My gut hurts. I have to go pee now.

Shit, how else am I gonna describe such an experience????

Sigh, none of it matters, the best thing the Devil could ever do is make you believe he doesn't exist. adiós amigos.

He does a great job.

Do you have a location, or can you set up a meet. If he exists it sure would clear up a lot of things.

Um, actually God mentions how if you are "luke warm for Him", neither hot nor cold, He will spit you out of His mouth. So if you are a hypocritical christian, that is worse than being a lost sinner (of which He says He loves). So if you were God, you'd be correct.

And now your are tying to judge me based on my beliefs of which you dont believe in? I'm sorry, I wont humor you.

hey chief, you don't know my beliefs. ;)

for the record, i believe in God, or whatever the higher power is called. the difference is I don't presume to have all the answers, nor do I believe my path is the only path.

Um, first of, I had a first hand experience with almost being taken over by an evil spirit. Litteraly felt the essence of my being or soul, being pull into some sort of dark place.

Very interesting. I'd like to hear more about it. Not to make fun of you, but I'm seriously interested in what people believe are demonic episodes. I listened in on a Bob Larson exorcism session several years ago (I wasn't allowed in because I didn't pay), and it's pretty amazing what those people go through.

As expected, my explanation is entirely natural.

Allah means "god". The god of abraham. all muslims trace thier origins through ishmael back to Abraham. If I'm not mistaken the jews might have something to do with the abraham guy - maybe that's why they call Islam, x-tianity and judaism the Abrahamic religions.

Yeah, you have half the story. You're right, muslims go back to Ishmeal, but the Jews and Christians come from Isaac, of whom Ismael hated. Ismael also hated Abraham and everything he stood for, including his god, the God of Abraham. So Ishmael went off and did his own thing. Look it up! Mohammad created islam out of hate towards the Jews and Christians and their god.

So is that why they call Jesus one of God's prophets?

Nevertheless, among those that chew the cud or part the hoof, you shall not eat these: The camel, because it chews the cud but does not part the hoof, is unclean to you. I'm sorry for you. That sounds awful.

I have been in a situation in which demonic possession is the only possible way to come close to describing what happened to someone right in front of me. It was extremely unpleasant.

I have also been friends with someone who used to make a living investigating satanic cults and rescuing people from associated torture and abuse. Very unpleasant stuff.

Satan is/was angel who wanted to be better than God and no longer wanted to obey Him. So God threw him out. Now he obviously hates God like a bratty little kid who didnt get his way. And he will do anything he can to destroy what God created. The true definition of hate.

Now this is what I find interesting. The first two lines might be attributed to a single verse of the comic relief section of the Bible known as Revelations, but I'm not entirely sure how you have come to be an expert on the thoughts, desires, and goals of Satan. From whence that knowledge?

It seems in this passage john is writing to imaginary friends he calls angels.

It is unclear how he attributes this thought to god, or that he is even talking about belief. My best guess is church decorations.

The passage begins with this:

Revelation 3:1 And unto the angel of the church in Sardis write; These things saith he that hath the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars; I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead

What are the seven spirits? Let me see...God, Jesus, the holy sprit, satan, the ghost of christmas past, the ghost of christmas future and the ghost of christmas presents?

It ends with something about not being naked in church - maybe that's why he's luke warm?

or it could all be a lot of first century nonsense.

God, Allah, Ganesha, Buddah, Jesus, Mohammed, Confucius?

I have long believed they are all the same.

No it makes perfect sense - if you believe the bible is the word of god.

The old testament mentions it once and the new testament mentions it thirty times.

Mark 16:9 Now when Jesus was risen early the first day of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom he had cast seven devils.

Sounds like great sex.

Rev 3:11 Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown

Or demonic possession could simply be a myriad of commonly understood neurological disorders that must have appeared pretty scary to iron age desert dwellers without MRIs.

Not that you will understand hat I'm trying to say... but there it is.
