The stunning and brilliant Botanic Gardens station in Glasgow, Scotland. Perhaps the most beautiful abandoned underground rail station in the world.
The also impressive London Road (Bridgeton) station in Glasgow. This no longer used platform lies within easy access of the road beneath which it runs. It is a very atmospheric site.

Station 3 of the abandoned Cincinnati subway in the most interesting of the 4 abandoned underground stations. It was converted into a makeshift nuclear bunker but in reality would have been quite a poor substitute for a real bunker.
The end of the line for the abandoned Cincinnati subway is this large 3 platform station. A huge underground space that is seldomly visited.

Rail shunter ride I was once offered a ride on a rail shunter, and too the opportunity to help out a mate. But this was still a great adventure.
